With a deep passion for both fashion and sustainability, I offer extensive experience in helping fashion brands embrace and integrate sustainable practices.

My journey began with a education in fashion, where I gained a solid foundation. I studied Fashion Management at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, where I graduated with a thesis focused on sustainable fashion. Building on that foundation, I deepened my expertise with a master’s degree from the Radboud University, where I conducted in-depth research into the promotion of sustainable textiles.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across various sectors within the fashion industry, beginning as a product developer and gradually transitioning into management roles focussing on production, sourcing, and sustainability. 

I have had the privilege of working with renowned brands such as Marlies Dekkers, Nike, We Fashion, 
Atelier Humanoid, Unlimited Footwear Group, and Karl Lagerfeld, where I gained valuable insights into Product Development, Materials, Sourcing, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.

As a sustainability manager, I have helped companies navigate the challenges of integrating sustainability into their business models. This experience sparked my desire to start my own consultancy, where I now help fashion brands embark on their sustainability journey, offering tailored advice, strategies, and solutions to drive positive change.

In the ever-evolving world of fashion, achieving sustainability requires more than just knowledge, it demands experience. As a sustainable fashion consultant, my background in the industry allows me to offer a deep understanding of the development and production of your collections. 
I traveled the world, and seen firsthand how fashion is made. Over the years, I have visited countless factories, dye houses, weaving and spinning facilities, recycling plants and witnessed the harvesting of natural fibers. I have interacted with the people making our products, gaining deep understanding of the processes that need attention when it comes to sustainability.  

What sets me apart as a consultant is my ability to bridge the gap between the real-world fashion production and sustainability goals. From sourcing ethical materials to optimizing supply chains for efficiency and environmental impact, I know what it takes to make fashion more sustainable without sacrificing quality or design. My expertise spans the full scope of the fashion lifecycle, from initial concept to final product, with a focus on minimizing environmental harm and ensuring fair labor practices.

I am deeply committed to empowering fashion brands to make sustainable choices that benefit people, planet and with today’s conscious consumers.
